Hey Hey Hey, friends!! I’m here with another painted cabinet transformation for you guys:)
This homeowner changed up the decor throughout her entire home. When they originally built their farmhouse, they chose honey, golden oak cabinetry and flooring and a pale shade of buttery yellow on most walls. But as time marched on, her style and taste evolved. She called me in to paint their cabinets to better fit her new love for an all-white interior aesthetic.

You can find lots more information about all of the tools and supplies I use when painting cabinets by clicking below!
I’ll send you a FREE downloadable list of all my favorite supplies (along with the list, I’ll include a couple bonus emails about how/when to use what AND a video tutorial about how to clean up after using shellac base primer!)
Isn’t her decorating style so cute?! I love her taste. She painted the walls the same color as the cabinets, both Sherwin Williams Alabaster. I think this is a great example where the same cabinet and wall color works beautifully.
Until next time!

Beautiful transformation! Did the backsplash change? It doesn’t appear to be white in the before photo’s.

If the walls and cabinet colors are the same, what color is the trim and ceiling?

My kitchen cabinets are currently a maple oak color and I want to go to a white / off-white( New Venetian Gold granite with travertine backsplash). In your experience do you think Sherwin-Williams Alabaster or Benjamin Moore White Dove which comes across “whiter”with less yellow. I don’t think I can do a pure white in my kitchen so I need to go with an off-white but I’m scared if ending up with a yellow tone. Thank you!

Alabaster is whiter than White Dove!
